1.	Where is MASB?

2.	Purchase the MASB publications
	(a) Can I purchase the MFRS, FRS and PERS? Yes, they are available for sale. You may purchase the MFRS, FRS and PERS from the MASB office at the above address. For shorter waiting time, you may print out the publication order form from our website and fax the order form in advance before pick-up from our office. Please fax the order form to 03-2240 9300. (b) Are the MFRS, FRS and PERS available on the website? Yes and is downloadable for free.
3.	I am not from Kuala Lumpur. How do I purchase the MASB Approved Accounting Standards?
	You may print out the publication order form from our website and mail the order form with the correct payment to the MASB address as above.
4.	Will there be any handling and postage charges?
	For mail orders, there will be a postage & handling charges of RM0.80 per booklet for all orders made within Peninsular Malaysia (subject to a minimum charge of RM6.00) and RM1.00 per booklet for all orders made within Sabah and Sarawak (subject to a minimum charge of RM10.00). Postage and handling charges of MFRSs volume I and volume II is RM22.00 for orders made within Peninsular Malaysia and RM42.00 for orders made within Sabah and Sarawak. There will be no postage and handling charges for walk-in customers.
5.	What is the mode of payment?
	Payment may be made over the counter by cash or cheque / draft / money order payable to 'Malaysian Accounting Standards Board'. If you are sending your order by mail, prepayment is required by cheque / draft / money order payable to 'Malaysian Accounting Standards Board'.
6.	What are the opening hours of the MASB office?
	Our office hours are : Monday - Friday 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
7.	How long will it take for me to receive my mail order?
	For locations within Malaysia, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. For overseas locations, the delivery duration varies according to the distance and may take 4 - 6 weeks.
8.	Do I need to come personally to buy the MASB publications?
	You may send your despatch or any other person to make the purchase at our office.
9.	How much is the MASB Standards?
	Please view the publication order form from our website for the prices of MASB Standards and other technical pronouncements.
10.	I would like to purchase MASB Exposure Drafts. How much is it?
	Exposure Drafts are available free of charge from the MASB office. Alternatively, soft copies are available on our website.
